Context
Invictus Property Advisors is a New York commercial real estate firm running a portfolio of neighborhood-specific CRE websites, each targeting a Manhattan or Brooklyn submarket, all feeding one brokerage.
The problem
Sixty-three neighborhood domains had grown up piecemeal on Squarespace, with DNS spread across accounts and one site (bushwickcre.com) knocked offline by a nameserver conflict. In the CRM, 35,000+ leads sat under 22 overlapping statuses nobody trusted, and property-address fields had drifted into inconsistency.
What I did
- Brought 63 domains under one managed infrastructure, with consistent DNS and a repeatable setup instead of 63 one-off configurations.
- Resolved the nameserver conflict on bushwickcre.com, restoring the site and documenting the fix so it would not recur across the portfolio.
- Audited 35,000+ leads in Close CRM and cut 22 bloated statuses down to a pipeline the brokers actually use.
- Rebuilt the custom property-address field logic so records are consistent and reportable.
Outcome
One infrastructure to maintain instead of sixty-three, a pipeline the team trusts, and lead data that finally reflects reality.
